In an effort to expedite orders, during March, April, May and June, some of our staff will be working extra hours, evenings and weekends to review orders with customers, answer text messages and emails. Does your company sell to individuals/students, as well as schools?
Yes, the minimum order for graduation announcements is 25.

What about proofs?
Set-up, design and proofs are FREE. Our printing process leaves no room for errors. We send proofs to our customers via email for approval before we print.

How soon can I expect to receive graduation announcements/accessories after I place my order?
Within 24 hours after an order is placed, it is reviewed with our customer, usually by phone. After the review and approval of proof, the order is printed and shipped, often within 24-48 hours. Most orders, shipped via USPS Priority, are received by our customers within 7-10 working days after proof approval.

How do I send photographs for a photo announcement?
Images can be uploaded as you design your announcement, or sent as an attachment by replying back to your order confirmation email.

Digital images/photos should be a minimum of 300 dpi at the full size to be printed, saved in jpg format. You can use high resolution images taken by a digital camera or scanned from a lab produced photo. Images scanned from a print from an ink jet or laser printer, do not give us the quality needed for good reproduction.

Can the color on front of the announcements be changed?
Most of our text and background colors on any announcement can be changed. However, you may select from several standard ink colors for your wording/text and personalizing of your announcements. Leave optional color preferences in “Comment” area at the end of the order.

Most all announcement verses can be printed in the color of your choice. Exception: Black or darker color announcements can only be printed in colors that will show (Silver or Gold) “not dark colors”.

Where do I include special instructions?
In addition to the contact form, when you submit your order online, there is a “Comment” section to include special instructions.

Do I have to use one of your verses?
Bookmarks can be personalized with design/mascot, name of student, high school and/or date of graduation.

Does your company put the school/college crest or mascot on the announcements?
You will see graduation crests/mascots in our Specialty Design Clip Art Section. These are universal graduation crests and designs which can be used by all schools or students.

Customized crests can only be put on announcements for schools or student groups with high resolution original artwork “and” permission from the school.

What is your preferred method of receiving an order?
Receiving orders online is our preferred method. This gives us a better foundation for communication, review and the processing of your order. If you have problems with the order form:

What is the paper quality of your announcements?
Our folded announcements are highest quality paper stock, no less than 110# paper. The one panel announcements (Front Only) are of heavier paper and laminated. These are of the highest quality paper available.

Are envelopes included with announcements?
Envelopes are included with announcements. There is an extra charge to print a return address on envelopes.

How do you handle errors?
Orders are carefully reviewed by our well-trained and experienced staff. Wording/text is personally reviewed. A PROOF “must” to be approved by our customers before we print.
