Satisfaction Guarantee

Our award-winning company has over 30 years of professional design and printing experience. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all printing services.

Before production begins, a mock-up design will be provided for customer review and approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the artwork, we will revise it until it meets your expectations.

Due to the customized nature of our printing and design services, products can only be returned under our satisfaction guarantee. If we make a printing error or mistake, we will either reprint the order or provide a full refund.

Customer Requests

Customers may request a sample of graduation cards by contacting us via email.

Orders can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time before printing begins. Once an order has been printed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

How to Return or Modify

To initiate a modification or return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.

If the issue is due to our error and you request a refund, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure that your order number and contact information are included inside the return package.
